Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 beat together all ingredients.
- 2 simmer over low heat for 5 or 10 minutes.
- 3 while glaze is still warm, brush it over meat only during the last 15 minutes of cooking, to prevent the sugar in the glaze from burning.
