Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 8 cups sliced apples
- 5 slices bread, torn into small pieces
- 1/2 cup melted butter, cooled
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- cinnamon, to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice (don't use instant)
Recipe
- 1 lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan.
- 2 spread cooked rice evenly on the bottom.
- 3 layer apples over rice.
- 4 spread bread pieces over apples.
- 5 sprinkle cinnamon over top.
- 6 mix melted butter, sugar and eggs, pour over top.
- 7 bake at 300 for one hour.
