Chocolate Pudding Pops (w/ Rocky Road Option)

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 2 cups cold milk
• 1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1 cup thawed non-dairy whipped topping

Recipe

• 1 combine milk and pudding mix in medium bowl.
• 2 beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
• 3 gently fold in whipped topping (and rocky road additions, if desired).
• 4 spoon into 5-oz paper cups or popsicle molds.
• 5 insert pop stick into each cup for handle.
• 6 freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm.
• 7 to remove pops from cups, place bottoms of cups under warm running water for 15 seconds.
