Easy Eclair Dessert

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages french vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 lb graham cracker
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) container chocolate frosting

Recipe

  • 1 mix milk and pudding.
  • 2 fold in entire tub of cool whip and stir.
  • 3 in a 9x13 pan, layer grahams and alternate pudding mixture, grahams, pudding -- finishing with another layer of grahams.
  • 4 microwave frosting on high for 1 minute and pour over top of grahams, spread until smooth.
  • 5 cover and chill.
  • 6 serve with a large spoon.
