Easy Eggnog

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 (92 g) package jello vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
• 4 cups light cream, divided
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup orange liqueur or 1 cup brandy
• 1 cup whipping cream (whipped, don't whip till just before serving)

Recipe

• 1 prepare pudding according to directions, substituting light cream for 2 cups required milk.
• 2 when cooked remove from heat, whisk in remaining light cream, vanilla and liqueur.
• 3 chill till very cold.
• 4 fold in whipped cream just before serving.
• 5 serves 12- 6oz cups.
• 6 note: prep time includes chilling.
