Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 1/3 cup irish cream
• 1/4 cup rum
• 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
• 3/4 cup egg substitute
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce

Recipe

• 1 mix pudding and cake mix, reserving 2 t cake mix.
• 2 make a well and add all other ingredients except chocolate chips and 2 t cake mix.
• 3 beat on high for 5 minutes.
• 4 toss chips with remaining cake mix, then fold into batter.
• 5 bake at 325 for 60 minutes.
