Ingredients

- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup irish cream
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
Recipe
- 1 mix pudding and cake mix, reserving 2 t cake mix.
- 2 make a well and add all other ingredients except chocolate chips and 2 t cake mix.
- 3 beat on high for 5 minutes.
- 4 toss chips with remaining cake mix, then fold into batter.
- 5 bake at 325 for 60 minutes.
