Banana Cream Pie (diabetic)

Ingredients
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free instant banana cream pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold 1% low-fat milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip free, thawed and divided
- 1 large banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 baked pie shell
Recipe
- 1 mix pudding and milk in a medium bowl.
- 2 stir 1 1/2 minutes with a wire whisk.
- 3 gently fold 1 cup of cool whip free into pudding mixture.
- 4 fold in banana slices.
- 5 top with remaining cool whip free.
- 6 cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
