Butterscotch Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup cooking oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups grated zucchini
• 1/2 cup oats
• 1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup nuts

Recipe

• 1 beat together the sugar, eggs, zucchini, oil and vanilla.
• 2 add dry ingredients to flour.
• 3 then the other mixture.
• 4 beat until smooth.
• 5 add pudding mix, oats and nuts.
• 6 grease a 5x9 bread pan.
• 7 bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
