Cornbread (bread Machine)

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup skim milk powder
• 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon liquid honey
• 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour or 2 3/4 cups bread flour
• 1/3 cup cornmeal
• 1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast

Recipe

• 1 add enough water to the egg to equal 1 1/4 cups (300 ml).
• 2 measure ingredients into bread machine baking pan in order recommended by manufacturer.
• 3 insert baking pan into oven chamber.
• 4 select basic cycle.
