Cottage Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 3 cups instant mashed potatoes (made)
  • 1 1/2 cups worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 pinches salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces frozen peas
  • 8 ounces frozen carrots

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 add 2 cups of water and onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce and onion soup mix. simmer until boiling.
  • 4 in a bowl mix corn starch and half a cup of water until thick.
  • 5 add peas and carrots.
  • 6 mix in baking pan.
  • 7 cover with mashed potatoes.
  • 8 top with cheese.
  • 9 bake 350 for 30 minute.
