Cottage Pie

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 3 cups instant mashed potatoes (made)
- 1 1/2 cups worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 pinches salt and pepper
- 8 ounces frozen peas
- 8 ounces frozen carrots
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef.
- 2 drain.
- 3 add 2 cups of water and onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce and onion soup mix. simmer until boiling.
- 4 in a bowl mix corn starch and half a cup of water until thick.
- 5 add peas and carrots.
- 6 mix in baking pan.
- 7 cover with mashed potatoes.
- 8 top with cheese.
- 9 bake 350 for 30 minute.
