Easy Espresso Whipped Cream

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup very cold whipping cream
  • 4 -6 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (or to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 chill your beaters and bowl in the freezer for about 5 minutes or until very cold.
  • 2 beat all ingredients in a stainless steel or glass bowl to soft peaks.
