garlic potato bread

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups water
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 egg
• 4 cups bread flour
• 2/3 cup instant mashed potatoes (from a box)
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
• 2 teaspoons yeast

Recipe

• 1 add all ingredients to bread machine, in this order.
• 2 cook on basic cycle.
• 3 note---- if you're going to make a smaller loaf you need an extra 1/4 tsp of yeast.
