Ingredients

- 1/3 cup instant milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Recipe
- 1 blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives.
- 2 in a medium skillet melt butter.
- 3 when hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set.
- 4 serve immediately.
