Golden Globe Mashed Potatoes

• 3 lbs pared and sliced yukon gold potatoes
• 1/4-1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons instant chicken bouillon granules
• salt
• pepper

Recipe

• 1 clean, peel, and slice potatoes.
• 2 bring potatoes to a boil in large pot of water.
• 3 simmer, and cook potatoes until fork tender.
• 4 drain water from potatoes.
• 5 mash potatoes with milk and butter.
• 6 add chicken broth powder.
• 7 add salt and pepper to taste.
• 8 serve.
