Easiest Ever Chocolate Mousse With Lemon Cream

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (or semisweet)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon instant espresso powder or 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/3 cup chilled whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Recipe

  • 1 place chocolate in blender.
  • 2 bring 3/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons sugar, and espresso powder to simmer in medium saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar.
