Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages pudding mix, instant vanilla
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, frozen
- 3 cups milk, cold
- 16 ounces graham crackers
- 1 (16 ounce) container chocolate frosting
Recipe
- 1 defrost frozen whipped topping.
- 2 mix together whipped topping and pudding.
- 3 beat pudding mix into milk and beat 2 minutes. set aside.
- 4 arrange a single layer of graham crackers in 13"x9" pan.
- 5 spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the crackers. top with another layer of crackers and pudding mixture. top with a final layers of crackers.
- 6 mircrowave frosting 20-30 seconds, until pourable.
- 7 pour frosting over the crackers, spreading to the edges.
- 8 chill overnight. (the crackers will soften and form cake like consistency.).
