Creamy Muesli With Yogurt And Berries

Ingredients

- 3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant) or 3 cups quick cooking multi grain
- 1 1/2 yogurt (your choice of flavor)
- 1 cup orange juice or 1 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup light cream or 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries or 1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries or 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and coarsely grated
- 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup sliced banana
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine all ingredients.
- 2 cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
- 3 serve with milk of your choice.
