Creamy Muesli With Yogurt And Berries

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant) or 3 cups quick cooking multi grain
  • 1 1/2 yogurt (your choice of flavor)
  • 1 cup orange juice or 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup light cream or 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries or 1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries or 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and coarsely grated
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup sliced banana

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
  • 3 serve with milk of your choice.
