Frozen Mocha Marble Loaf

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups finely crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 22 cookies)
  • 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Recipe

  • 1 line a 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan with foil.
  • 2 in a bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter.
  • 3 press firmly into bottom of pan and 1 1/2" up the sides.
  • 4 in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light.
  • 5 add condensed milk and vanilla; mix well.
  • 6 fold in whipped cream.
  • 7 spoon half of mixture into another bowl and set it aside.
  • 8 dissolve coffee granules in hot water; fold into remaining cream cheese mixture.
  • 9 fold in chocolate syrup.
  • 10 spoon half of chocolate mixture over crust.
  • 11 top with half of the reserved cream cheese mixture.
  • 12 repeat layers.
  • 13 cut through layers with a knife to swirl chocolate (pan will be ful).
  • 14 cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  • 15 to serve, lift out of pan; remove foil.
  • 16 cut into slices.
  • 17 enjoy!
