Frozen Pudding

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream (or more milk)
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package jell-o instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 -2 tablespoon sugar (try splenda, *)

Recipe

  • 1 pour cold milk and cold heavy cream into a cold bowl.
  • 2 add pudding mix and sugar.
  • 3 with electric mixer at low speed, beat until just blended, about 1 minute.
  • 4 pour into shallow pan and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
