Chocolate Eggnog

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups skim milk
  • 1 (1 ounce) package jello sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1/4 cup cool whip lite
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender container, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix and rum extract.
  • 2 cover and blend on high 20 to 30 seconds.
  • 3 pour into 4 glasses.
  • 4 top each with 1 tablespoon cool whip lite.
  • 5 lightly sprinkle nutmeg over cool whip lite.
