Ingredients

- 4 cups skim milk
- 1 (1 ounce) package jello sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/4 cup cool whip lite
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 in a blender container, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix and rum extract.
- 2 cover and blend on high 20 to 30 seconds.
- 3 pour into 4 glasses.
- 4 top each with 1 tablespoon cool whip lite.
- 5 lightly sprinkle nutmeg over cool whip lite.
