Creamy Rice Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup rice (not instant rice)
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding

Recipe

  • 1 add 3 cups of milk to saucepan.
  • 2 add 1 cup of cooked rice to milk.
  • 3 add butter,sugar,egg and vanilla extract to rice mixture.
