Chocolate Frosted Icebox Cake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 20 whole graham crackers
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package jello instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups thawed cool whip lite
  • 3/4 cup ready-to-spread chocolate fudge topping

Recipe

  • 1 line a 13x9 inch pan with some of the graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary.
  • 2 pour cold milk into bowl.
  • 3 add pudding mix.
  • 4 with electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended (1-2 minutes).
  • 5 let stand 5 minutes; then blend in whipped topping.
  • 6 spread half of the pudding mixture over crackers.
  • 7 add another layer of crakers.
  • 8 spread chocolate frostin carefully over crakers.
  • 9 chill for 3 hours.
