Easy Weeknight Lamb Chops

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 boneless lamb chop
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon instant minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon apple butter

Recipe

  • 1 mix apple juice, onion, and garlic in a shallow pan and heat on medium (do not boil).
  • 2 add lamb chop and cover loosly (folded foil works well).
  • 3 cook thoroughly, turning occasionally (there should be no pink inside the thickest part; cut to be sure).
  • 4 place lamb on plate and top with apple butter. serve with a side of salad, cooked vegetables, or rice.
