Frappuccino - Protein Drink

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee or 1 dash of cold coffee
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder (1 scoop) or 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
  • ice, 2 handfuls
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
