Decadent, Indulgent, Tame-the-hormones Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box devil's food cake mix
• 1 (4 1/2 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1/2 cup brewed coffee
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup tofutti sour cream or 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1/2 cup dark rum or 1/2 cup coffee liqueur or 1/2 cup chocolate liqueur
• 2 cups chocolate chips (optional)
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/3 cup brewed coffee

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 mix together all of the cake ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and beat until well blended.
• 3 stir in the chips, if you use them.
• 4 pour batter into a 10-12 cup greased bundt pan. bake for 55-60 minutes. let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, and then remove to a platter. once cool, pour on the glaze.
• 5 to make the glaze: cream all the glaze ingredients together. try not to eat it before the cake is cool.
