Easy Yellow Pound Cake With Lemon Glaze

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups powdered confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 and prepare a bundt cake pan.
  • 2 blend the first five ingredients by hand, then mix at medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3 bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • 4 mix the sugar and lemon juice, prick the top of the hot cake and glaze while still hot.
