Chocolate Fudge Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder (2 scoopsproscore 100)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 8 ounces water
  • 5 large ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 blend proscore, pudding and water, add ice cubes, blend till crushed with ice slivers still un-melted.
  • 2 pour into insulated cup (makes about 16 oz) and eat it with a tiny silver spoon (optional).
