Cupid's Best Brownies

Ingredients

• 4 squares baker's unsweetened chocolate
• 3/4 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
• 1 cup vanilla frosting
• 1/4 cup multi-colored candy sprinkles

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350°f line a 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides . grease foil.
• 2 microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. stir until chocolate is completely melted.
• 3 add sugar; mix well. blend in eggs and vanilla. stir in flour and nuts until well blended; spread in prepared pan.
• 4 bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs (do not overbake). cool in pan.
• 5 use foil handles ro remove from pan before cutting into heart shapes with 2-inch cookie cutter. reserve scraps for snacking or another use. decorate heart cutouts with frosting and sprinkles.
• 6 how to use scraps: stir cubes of brownie scraps into : prepared chocolate or vanilla instant pudding; softened or vanilla or chocolate ice cream; or layer cubes of brownie scraps wih prepared jell-o chocolate or vanilla instant pudding, thawed cool whip topping and banana sliced for a show stopping trifle!
