Ingredients

- 1 cup uncooked rice (not minute or instant)
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 small avocados
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- salt
- cracked pepper
Recipe
- 1 1. prepare rice according to directions/rice cooker. add the juice of 1 lime into the water when cooking the rice.
- 2 2. stir chili powder and seasoned salt into cooked rice.
- 3 3. stir in butter and cubed avocado into cooked rice.
- 4 4. season to taste with salt and pepper.
