Avocado Rice

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup uncooked rice (not minute or instant)
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 small avocados
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • salt
  • cracked pepper

Recipe

  • 1 1. prepare rice according to directions/rice cooker. add the juice of 1 lime into the water when cooking the rice.
  • 2 2. stir chili powder and seasoned salt into cooked rice.
  • 3 3. stir in butter and cubed avocado into cooked rice.
  • 4 4. season to taste with salt and pepper.
