Captains Barbari Flatbread

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons yeast (or 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast)
  • 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sesame seeds or dill or seasoning salt

  • 3 if using regular yeast, dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of the water and set aside until dissolves and is foamy, about 10 minuts. instant yeast is just mixed in with the dry ingredients.
