Ingredients
- 18 1/4 ounces lemon cake mix (1 box)
- 14 ounces instant lemon pudding (1 small box)
- 1 tablespoon lemon rind
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 4 eggs
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients on medium/high speed for 5 minutes.
- 2 bake for 40-45 in greased bundt pan at 350 degrees.
