Cinnamon-coffee Pecans

Ingredients
- 3 cups pecan halves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash salt
Recipe
- 1 spread pecans in an ungreased roasting pan or 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
- 2 bake at 350 for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
- 3 combine sugar and remaining 4 ingredients in a saucepan.
- 4 cook over medium-low heat until sugar and coffee dissolve, stirring often.
- 5 add pecans, and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 6 remove from heat.
- 7 spread pecans in ungreased pan.
- 8 bake at 300 for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- 9 cool completely; store in an airtight container.
