Creamy Parmesan Polenta

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup instant polenta
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 4 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan bring 4 cups water and salt to boil.
- 2 stirring constantly, add polenta.
- 3 cook, still stirring, until the polenta thickens, about 3 minute.
- 4 remove from heat and stir in the parmesan and butter.
- 5 cover and set aside until the butter is completely melted, about 2 minutes.
- 6 stir once more before serving.
